Our president, Carlos Prieto, has participated for the fourth time as a teacher in the European Handball Manager Seminar organised every year by the University of Sport in Köln and the European Handball Federation (EHF).
A great opportunity to be able to transmit to European club managers the importance of fundamental aspects in the training of athletes. Soft-skill training, dealing with players, communication or identity are some of our favourite topics and sharing them with leaders seems an obligation to us so that they are the best prepared they can be.
This time the seminar was in German and focused mainly on the DACH region. As always, it was a pleasure to work with the participants and to get to know the reality they have in their clubs.
